The K4 is Kia's newest entry in the compact segment, featuring fresh design aligned with Kia's "Opposites United" philosophy. It offers one of the highest levels of interior roominess in its class, with more space for passengers and cargo than you'd expect from a compact hatchback.
The K4 seats five and comes standard with a 12.3-inch multimedia display, wireless smartphone integration, and a full suite of collision-avoidance systems. It balances practicality with style for budget-conscious buyers who won't sacrifice technology or safety.
The K4 is designed for everyday drivers - commuters, small families, first-time buyers, and anyone needing a reliable car with modern features. Its compact footprint makes city parking easy, while the spacious back seat and generous cargo room make long drives comfortable.
The K4 is available in six trims, each adding more features as you move up the lineup.
The entry-level LX includes a 2.0L engine producing 147 hp and 132 lb-ft of torque paired with an IVT transmission. Standard features include LED headlights, heated seats and mirrors, a 12.3-inch multimedia display with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, and Kia's full collision-avoidance suite.
The EX adds dual-zone automatic climate control, synthetic leather seats, and upgraded interior materials for buyers wanting a more refined cabin.
The EX+ introduces enhanced navigation with a 12.3-inch navigation display and 5-inch climate control display for easier trip planning and climate management.
The top non-turbo trim adds ventilated front seats and driver memory seat for maximum comfort on longer drives.
Built for sportier driving, the GT-Line Turbo features a 1.6L turbocharged engine producing 190 hp and 195 lb-ft of torque, paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission and paddle shifters. It includes sport-tuned multi-link rear suspension, larger disc brakes, 18-inch alloy wheels, GT-Line design accents, sport seats, sport steering wheel, and interior mood lighting. A unique red interior combination is available. This trim introduces the 12.3-inch digital cluster, replacing traditional gauges with a customizable display.
The top trim adds advanced driver assistance including Forward Collision Avoidance Assist 2 with Junction Turning, Highway Driving Assist 2, Surround View Monitor, Blind-Spot View Monitor, and Parking Collision Avoidance Assist. Additional features include small cube projection LED headlamps, full LED rear lamps, black alloy wheels, ventilated front seats, driver memory seat, Harman Kardon sound system, and Digital Key 2.

Digital Key 2 (GT-Line Turbo Limited) lets you unlock and start your car using your smartphone and share digital keys with family members through the app.
The 12.3-inch digital cluster (GT-Line Turbo and above) replaces traditional gauges with a customizable display showing navigation, audio, or trip data.
Kia Connect with over-the-air updates delivers software improvements wirelessly, keeping your car current without dealership visits.
The K4 comes standard with Forward Collision Avoidance Assist, which detects cars, pedestrians, and cyclists ahead and applies brakes if needed. Lane Keep Assist and Lane Follow Assist help keep you centred in your lane. Smart Cruise Control maintains set distance from the car ahead and can bring you to a complete stop in traffic.
GT-Line Turbo Limited adds Highway Driving Assist 2, which combines adaptive cruise control with lane centring and can help you change lanes when you signal. Junction Crossing and Evasive Steering Assist add extra protection at intersections and during emergency manoeuvres.
The K4 offers 628 litres of cargo volume with rear seats up and 1,680 litres with seats folded. The back seat offers 964 mm of legroom for comfortable longer trips. The driver-focused layout places controls within easy reach, with the 12.3-inch display positioned high on the dash for quick glances.
2.0L MPI 4-cylinder (LX, EX, EX+, EX Premium): 147 hp and 132 lb-ft of torque with IVT transmission. Tuned for efficiency and smooth everyday power delivery.
1.6L Turbocharged 4-cylinder (GT-Line Turbo, GT-Line Turbo Limited): 190 hp and 195 lb-ft of torque with 8-speed automatic transmission. Delivers stronger acceleration and more responsive power for merging and passing.
Both engines run on regular unleaded fuel. All K4 models are front-wheel drive.
