I just received my new suv called the Telluride and I wanted to say that I had a great experience. Fantastic customer service from sales Rep Hamed Gholamzadeh. He was very patience with me and didn't rush me but understand what my needs were. I really think he should be promoted to be the branch Manager. He was friendly and helpful. He got me into the right SUV for me and my family. Fantastic customer service from the Financial Manager, He made things go so seamlessly. Never any surprises or hidden costs. I recommend this branch.

Helen Lee I used to go to Yonge and Steeles and had a terrible experience with the service department however, I came to the new location and they really redeemed themselves. I came for an issue with my car which was still under warranty and Brian was a great help. So much better than the previous location!

Lili Shamse Typically, I'm not one to write reviews but in this case I felt I should. I am in sales and know exactly what makes the difference between a good or not so good salesperson. My husband and I met Reza when we went shopping for a new car (which is very stressful and time consuming). Reza was very helpful and had good knowledge of the car features and had to manage both of our sets of questions. He never pushed us for the sale. I consider myself a tough negotiator and I must say Reza was fair and I never felt that Reza was trying to force me into a purchase. He let us review all information and come to a decision on our own without interference. I would use Reza again and would recommend anyone to deal with him.

Greg James I usually service my car here and so far it has been easy to make appointments, the staff are friendy, they offer free car washes with service, and have a nice customer lounge. Recommended.

Howard Berg If I could give a higher rating I would! Leadership starts from the top and Adam Stein (Fixed Operations Manager) is phenomenal with his customer service. Danielle in the service department is also excellent. I have never had an issue getting an appointment when needed. I urge those that have never had a good experience with buying a car or from a service department, go in and talk to them. They are changing the industry! Great job Adam and the team at Plaza Kia.

David Shama A few days ago while driving her 2017 Kia Soul on the DVP my daughter had an unnerving situation happen. The glass of the sunroof exploded for no known reason and she was covered in glass particles. The incident and noise was frightening, but fortunately she managed to keep her car under control. When she was able to stop the car and regain her composure she called me to ask what she should do. I instructed her to drive to Plaza Kia where we had bought the car and to get direction from them, which she did. I must complement the Plaza Kia Team for being true professionals in the manner they handled this situation under the direction of Ash Ajhani the General Sales Manager. Although, I researched the incident on the web and found out that exploding glass sunroofs have recently been happening with most brands of cars, the difference was how the cases were being handled by different dealers. Fortunately, in our case, Plaza Kia stepped up to the plate as a professional and responsible dealer by immediately taking the car in and arranging a loaner vehicle for my daughter. Two days later, my daughter's Kia Soul was returned to her with a new Sunroof at 'No Charge' and a full complementary detailing of her car. Now, this is what should be expected from a 'Top Notch' dealer and a Top Notch team with Brian (Service Manager) and headed by Ash (General Sales Manager). Keep up the great work Plaza Kia, we bought 2 Kia Souls from you and will continue to do business with you as well as to recommend you to all. Thank you from the Shama family. There should be a 6 Stars rating for Plaza Kia instead of 5.

Jodi DePass Our family has been totally impressed with Plaza Kia's service. Danielle, is extremely customer service oriented and always tries accomodate any emergencies that may come up. Adam Stein, Fixed Operations Manager is customer service saavy and a pleasure to deal with. We have been driving Kia's since 2003, and will continue to support this amazing dealership. I highly recommend checking them out before buying a Kia anywhere else.

Rose P. I bought my Kia Sedona just over a year ago, in the past year I have taken it to the Service Department twice for regular maintenance. Being a first time client my sales experience was very easy and stress free. When I have brought my Sedona in for service the department has been so pleasant to deal with. It is hard to find good customer service these days. So, I decided to write a review to let you know this dealership wants you as their customer, treats you with respect, keeps you up to date with everything without having to ask. John Moyer I called Plaza Kia yesterday requesting to meet with a salesperson. They immediately brought Carl on the line and set an appointment for after work. Carl was very prompt in meeting me and was already prepared with a car recommendation based on the information I had provided him about my situation and what I'm looking for in a car. I tested an Optima Hybrid which is a truly amazing car. Carl spoke with Allan and worked up a deal within a very short period of time. Both Carl and Allan answered all my questions and clearly explained all aspects of the process. I am meeting Carl and Allan again tomorrow at Plaza Kia to finalize some of the paperwork. I will expand upon my review as I complete the new car purchase process. So far I am very impressed with the service from Carl and Allan. I will definately encourage my friends to visit Carl and Allan when shopping for a new car. I visited Carl and Allan today at Plaza Kia. We finished the paperwork and I'll be picking the car up on Tuesday. My appointment with Allan was scheduled for 11am and he was ready as soon as I walked in the door. Allan carefully reviewed all the loan details and payment information. We also reviewed the warranty documentation. This is by far the best warranty I've ever seen on a new car. For anyone who is thinking about checking out a Kia but is worried about a negative equity situation I highly recommend you visit Plaza Kia and speak with Allan. I've never encountered a financial specialist with his level of expertise. Once I arrived home today I did the insurance paperwork and called Carl with a question and he quickly verified all the information I needed. I picked up my Kia Optima EX Hybrid today. Carl and Allan where great as usual. Carl went over all the features of the car and how to use them. Secretly I had already read the user manual cover to cover and watched numerous YouTube videos on the car. Once I got behind the wheel and started driving it...Wow what a car. I moved from a 2015 Chrysler 300 S into this car. It is a totally different driving experience, but in a good way. It's is very smooth and quiet. I recommend that anyone who buys a car like this to read up on hypermile techniques. You want to use the battery pack, regenerative braking and momentum to your advantage in a car like this. This car isn't my old 300 and if I drive it like a 300 I would not be able to take full advantage of the potential energy savings. I'm taking the time to learn proper hybrid driving techniques and so should anyone who buys a hybrid. I've always moved my old plates from car to car but this one gets green plates. It is very cool to have green plates. If you are in the market for a good deal on an environment friendly car please visit Carl at Plaza Kia and tell him you saw John's review on Google.
